Kuwait's envoy receives Bahrain Trust delegation

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) MANAMA, Nov 23 (KUNA) -- Dean of the diplomatic Corps Kuwaiti Ambassador to Bahrain sheikh Azzam Mubarak Al-Sabah on Thursday received a delegation from the Bahrain Trust Foundation (BTF).
The BTF delegation was led by Bahrain's former Minister of Social Development Dr. Fatima Mohammad Albalooshi, the Kuwaiti embassy said in a press release.
The meeting discussed boosting cooperation between the Bahraini foundation and counterparts in Kuwait, the embassy added.
A BTF delegation will visit Kuwait for meetings with officials of Kuwaiti charity organizations.
The visit reiterates Kuwait's status as a leading country in charity work which receives great attention and direct care from His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the "Humanitarian Leader" who developed the country into a "Humanitarian Center," the release quoted Sheikh Azzam as saying.
Founded in 2010, the BTF is a non-for-profit organization that aims to make a difference in people's lives locally and regionally. (end) hmd.msa
