Amazon: Australian retailers to get ready for orders
(MENAFN) A retailer said that Amazon.com Inc has told its Australian sellers to prepare to take orders on Nov. 23, which is the first time it gives a start date for its business.
As Australia is the home to Amazon-registered sellers, so far they have a limit of sending products abroad as the company doesn't have a warehouse in the country.
However, the company has established a warehouse in Melbourne city, which logistics analysts say would participate in cutting open-ended delivery times to one or two days.
An Amazon-registered seller said: "There's a trial starting tomorrow at 2:00 p.m., and (Amazon) is saying that you need to be prepared to receive orders from that point on."
