Qatar- Weather to be partly cloudy with chance of rain tonight: Met

Doha: Weather inshore in Qatar tonight until 6am on Sunday will be partly cloudy with chance of rain at places and hazy to misty at dawn, while offshore it will be hazy and partly cloudy at times with chance of rain at places, Meteorology Department said in its daily weather report.

"Latest satellite image shows low clouds offshore north and east of #Qatar. Some clouds expected inshore later on today with a weak chance of rain, but the chance of rain expected to improve early tomorrow," the department had tweeted earlier in the day.

Wind inshore will be variable mainly northeasterly at a speed of 3 to 12 knots. Offshore, it will be easterly to northeasterly at a speed of 3 to 12 knots.

Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometers or 3 kilometers less at places at dawn. Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet, while offshore it will be 1 to 3 feet.
