Sushil Kumar's nine-year-long barren run without a Wrestling Nationals medal came to an end on Friday, albeit in a controversial way.
The two-time Olympic medallist cruised to Wrestling Nationals win, having received walkovers in the quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals.
The nature of Kumar's victory left many with a bad taste, with Bollywood actor Farhan Akhtar saying that Kumar shouldn't accept the National gold medal.
