(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, Sept. 26 (Petra)--Speaker of the Lower House of Parliament Atef Tarawneh on Tuesday discussed with Hungarian Ambassador to Jordan Chaba Tsebeera bilateral ties as well as issues of common interest.
Tarawneh said that Jordan, under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II, is keen to strengthen ties with Hungary, mainly in the water, renewable energy, railways, tourism and cultural fields.
He also praised the ambassador's efforts to further boost relations between the two countries, mainly in parliamentary fields.
The ambassador hailed Jordan's role under His Majesty's leadership, towards regional issues. He said Hungary in interested in enhancing relations with the Kingdom in the economic, cultural and tourism fields.
