'Patients faced problems due to flaws in documents'

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 16: Former head of Kuwait Health Office in Germany Dr Sulaiman Al-Harbash has held the financial attaché of the office responsible for the flaws in the documents related to the office's expenses, revealing that the documents were completed three months before the termination of his term, reports Al-Rai daily.

In an interview with the daily, Al-Harbash said the problems that patients faced were due to delay in completion of these documents. He stressed that the number of patients reached more than 10,000 in the last two years while the capacity of the office is not more than 400 patients.

Al-Harbash also indicated the shortage of accountants in the office due to difficulty in finding highly-qualified accountants, revealing that the financial attaché is in charge of the monthly settlements, not the health attaché.
