Dubai, UAE, October 19, 2016: Realty developer, Schon Properties has announced that the design of the massive man-made lagoon catering to its projects in Dubai Investments Park will complete by end of the year. Conceptualised and designed by the internationally acclaimed Crystal Lagoons, the crystal-clear waterbody will spread across 20,000 square meters, and serve as the centrepiece for their DIP projects comprising 51 buildings. With a picturesque view from every building, the lagoon with its beautiful beaches will provide a perfect opportunity for a wide range of non-motorised aquatic leisure activities for both residents and guests.
The Schon Properties developments at Dubai Investments Park comprises five residential projects, namely, Lotus, Lily, Ava, Rowan and Winterberry Residences and also the upcoming hospitality projects.

The water, for example, will have 100 times fewer chemicals compared to a conventional swimming pool. Moreover, our patented ultrasonic filtration allows us to save up to 50 times more energy than a regular system. In terms of consumption, the lagoon will use half of the water used in a park of the same size, further reduced by our evaporation control technology.
''Besides fresh, salt or brackish water, we also utilise water that may not have any other alternative use, such as underground aquifers in deserts,” he added.
