Summer Camp at the Armed Forces Officers Club Hotel Comes to an End


(MENAFNEditorial) The Summer Camp “I can” that took place towards the end of July until August 25 at Armed Forces Officers Club & Hotel has celebrated its successful conclusion. This year, the camp experienced a large turnout of families with the number of children who participated was approximately 622 during this six week program, the camp was held in partnership with the “Global Vision” and “Wellspring” in spreading knowledge about societal values to the children in a fun and entertaining manner. The camp included many water activities, sports and recreational games, arts and crafts, martial arts, swimming lessons, archery, soccer basketball, electronic video games and much more. The Recreation Manager Mr. Rodney Isaac said, “We are proud of this year’s successful children’s camp where the children showed eagerness in learning different things along with making new friends. We thank “Global Vision” and “Wellspring” and of course the crew that works here in the hotel and club that took keen interest in the children throughout the duration of the camp.
