Qatar Stock Exchange Down 0.72%


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) The Qatar Exchange ended in the red area when trading closed Monday at 11,258.51 points (0.72%) down 81.61 points from the previous closing of 11,340.12 points.



The volume of shares was up to 15,845,672 from Sunday 11,707,429 and the value of shares increased to QR505,786,828.53 from QR440,316,298.89 on Sunda



Among the top losers were Industries Qatar whose share down 1.69% to QR175.00, Barwa Real Estate lost 1.87% to QR34.20, Vodafone Qatar fell 0.91% to QR11.97 and Doha Insurance decreased by 2.09% to QR22.5



The Banking and Financial sector index was down 0.28% points while Consumer Goods and Services sector index dropped 0.31 point



The industrial sector was fell 1.42 points while insurance sector added 0.94% point
