The series will feature four rounds on June 6, 13, 20 and 26, with competitions open to women and girls across different age groups. Participants will compete in timed races, with winners determined by the highest number of laps completed within their allotted time.

The program will also include warm-up sessions and recreational activities supervised by qualified female coaches.

Executive Director of the Qatar Sports for All Federation, Abdullah Al Dosari, said the races form an important part of the federation's women-focused sports calendar, helping to encourage active lifestyles and greater community engagement among women and girls. He added that Aspire's indoor facilities provide an ideal environment for year-round participation in sport.
