Kuwait Detains One For Filming Missile Interception, Causing Road Accident
Doha, Qatar: The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior arrested a social media user for filming and posting video clips containing footage of air defenses engaging with a number of missiles.
The individual was further found to have used his mobile phone to film while driving, which led to a traffic accident, an act that constitutes a violation of applicable laws and regulations, the Ministry noted.
The Ministry affirmed that publishing or circulating any images or video clips related to military, security sites, or defensive response procedures and field readiness measures, constitutes irresponsible behavior that harms the public interest and the requirements of security and safety.

It emphasized that such actions will not be tolerated and that firm legal action will be taken against violators.
The Ministry of Interior renewed its call to citizens and residents to adhere to the instructions issued, confirming that the law will be applied firmly to anyone proven to have violated them, especially under the exceptional circumstances the country and region are currently experiencing.
