New Delhi, 14th April'26: DCDC Health Services Pvt. Ltd., one of India's most trusted kidney care providers, has announced the launch of DCDC Academy of Healthcare, Yamuna Vihar, marking a significant step in expanding its education vertical and strengthening the skilled healthcare workforce in India. The academy was inaugurated by Aseem Garg, the company's CEO, at its new facility at C-1/10, Yamuna Vihar, Delhi.
The launch of the academy reflects DCDC Kidney Care's commitment to building a strong pipeline of trained dialysis professionals to support the growing demand for quality kidney care services across the country. With chronic kidney disease cases rising and dialysis services expanding rapidly, the need for skilled technicians and trained healthcare professionals has become more critical than ever.
The academy will offer a Diploma in Dialysis, designed to provide students and healthcare professionals with practical, industry-relevant training. The program is open to 12th-pass students from any stream (science, commerce, or arts) as well as staff nurses, creating an accessible pathway for individuals looking to build a career in the healthcare sector. The academy will train 40 students annually, ensuring focused, hands-on learning and strong industry exposure.
Aseem Garg, Founder & CEO, DCDC Kidney Care, said,“To cater to the increasing need for dialysis and renal services,it is essential to build a strong pool of skilled healthcare professionals. As DCDC Kidney Care expanded its network, we identified a significant shortage of trained technicians in the renal care sector. This led to the establishment of the DCDC Academy of Healthcare. Through continuous expansion of the academy, our objective is to train and empower technicians with the skills and practical knowledge required to deliver quality patient care in dialysis services.”
Dr. Deepak Agarwal, Vice President, Clinical Excellence& Academics, DCDC Kidney Care, said,“One of the critical steps towards creating a strong clinical base for dialysis treatment in India. As dialysis continues to increase, there is a corresponding need for well-trained and experienced personnel to ensure high-quality dialysis treatment. To prepare skillful healthcare professionals for real-world dialysis conditions, the focus will be on creating a strong On-the-Job-Training environment through a 360° advanced training setup. We aim to contribute to meet the increasing demand for dialysis treatment and strengthen the healthcare ecosystem.”
The academy is affiliated with the Indian Medical Association (IMA) and the Association of Healthcare Providers India (AHPI), ensuring strong academic credibility and alignment with industry standards. Through this initiative, DCDC aims to bridge the gap between healthcare education and real-world clinical requirements while creating employment-ready professionals.
With this launch, DCDC Kidney Care continues to expand its presence not only in dialysis services but also in healthcare education, reinforcing its long-term vision of improving access to quality kidney care and building a sustainable healthcare ecosystem in India.
