Amman, April 16 (Petra) - Prime Minister Jafar Hassan marked Jordan's National Flag Day on Thursday, April 16, with a tribute to the national emblem as a supreme symbol of state sovereignty and historical achievement.
In a statement on X, the Prime Minister expressed deep national pride, describing the flag as a "testament to the journey of a strong, proud, and resilient nation."
He underscored that under the "wise Hashemite leadership and the dedication of its generous people," the Jordanian flag remains a permanent witness to the country's progress and dignity.
"We raise the flag today, and we protect it every day," Dr. Hassan stated, reaffirming the government's commitment to ensuring the colors remain flying high across the Kingdom's horizon.
