Azerbaijan Overhauls Regulations For Issuing Construction Permits

(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 8.​ Changes have been made to the "Regulations on the composition of information entered into the state register of constructions, the submission of such information, and the maintenance of the register" in Azerbaijan, Trend reports.

Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed the relevant decision.

According to the decision, once permission is granted for the operation of construction objects and after the client reports the completion of construction on objects where notification procedures have been applied, the information will immediately be transferred to the State Register of Constructions. The information will be published on the website of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture within three business days.

Previously, after the permission for the operation of construction objects and the completion notification of objects under notification procedures, the authorized body (institution) granting operation permits or providing construction notifications was required to submit the necessary documents and information to the State Register of Constructions within five business days. The data would then be published on the mentioned committee's website within three business days.
