Israeli Attacks Leave Three Palestinians Dead in Gaza
(MENAFN) On Sunday, Israeli forces killed three Palestinians and launched multiple air raids across different areas of the Gaza Strip.
One individual lost his life after an Israeli drone fired in a zone northwest of Rafah, from which the army had previously withdrawn under the ceasefire arrangement, according to medical sources cited by a news agency.
Another casualty was a fisherman, also confirmed by medical officials.
Local accounts reported that Israeli naval units opened fire along the shores of Khan Younis and Rafah earlier in the day.
In the northwestern outskirts of Rafah, a medical source stated that another Palestinian was shot in the head by Israeli troops, describing his condition as “critical.” Witnesses noted that this location was among the areas vacated by the army under the ceasefire deal.
Additionally, a 15-year-old boy was killed by Israeli gunfire in the Joura Al-Lout district south of Khan Younis, another area previously evacuated under the agreement, medical sources told the news agency.
Separately, one more Palestinian sustained a thigh injury after Israeli naval forces opened fire off the coast of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza, according to medical sources and eyewitnesses cited by the news agency.
