Direct Access To Power: KP CM Listens To Citizens, Issues On-The-Spot Orders In Bajaur

Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Muhammad Sohail Afridi, has formally launched a unique initiative of online open courts to ensure the immediate and direct redressal of citizens' complaints. The initiative was inaugurated from District Bajaur.

During the online open court, the Chief Minister personally listened to public grievances and issued on-the-spot instructions to the concerned authorities.

Chief Minister Sohail Afridi clearly directed that all public complaints must be resolved within 14 days and a detailed report be submitted in every case.

Regarding the education sector, the Chief Minister ordered immediate action to address the lack of basic facilities in schools and the shortage of staff. He also directed that the provincial standard of one teacher for every forty students must be strictly implemented.

He assured that the issues of second-shift teachers would be resolved on a priority basis, the minimum monthly wage policy would be enforced, and teachers' salaries would be transferred directly to their bank accounts.

Issuing instructions related to public transport, the Chief Minister ordered strict compliance with the prescribed passenger limits and official fare lists, warning that transporters' licenses would be canceled in case of violations.

In the health sector, the Chief Minister directed that doctors' attendance in hospitals be ensured, public complaints be addressed promptly, and relevant officials conduct surprise inspections.

Chief Minister Sohail Afridi also announced the revival of the former FATA Games, stating that tribal youth would be provided with ample opportunities in sports. He further directed the immediate resolution of complaints related to the rehabilitation of link roads, water supply, and other basic facilities in District Bajaur.

While interacting with citizens, the Chief Minister said that public outreach is being strengthened in line with the vision of their leader Imran Khan,“Your Prime Minister is with you.” In the same spirit, practical steps are being taken under the concept of“Your Chief Minister is with you.”

He added that just as Imran Khan cares deeply for the nation, your Chief Minister also stands with you, and every possible step is being taken to resolve the problems faced by the public.
