Fundamental Hospitality Announces US$200 Million Global Expansion

Fundamental Hospitality has announced a landmark US$200 million global expansion programme set to launch in 2026, marking its most ambitious chapter yet and reinforcing its position as one of the world's fastest-growing luxury lifestyle groups. Revealed on December 15, the expansion builds on the Group's US$140 million investment in 2023 and reflects its mission to take Dubai-born hospitality excellence to the world's most influential cities.

A major highlight of the new phase is Fundamental Hospitality's entry into luxury hotels and branded residences, creating fully integrated lifestyle ecosystems where dining, design, culture and living converge. This evolution signals a long-term vision to deepen brand presence across key international markets.

The announcement comes amid exceptional momentum. In 2025 alone, more than five million guests experienced the Group's venues globally, with projections exceeding 10 million visitors by the end of 2026. At the heart of the expansion is GAIA, widely regarded as Dubai's most successful international dining export, which will more than double its global footprint in 2026 with openings across the US, Greece, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the UAE.

Alongside GAIA, globally acclaimed concepts including Shanghai Me, La Maison Ani and Alaya will continue to scale, while new 'Made in Dubai' brands reach international audiences. In Dubai, the Group will further strengthen its creative stronghold at J1 Beach with two new launches, following the global success of Sirene by GAIA.
