I have worked in the Talent Development field most of my career, but returned to the University of Wisconsin - Stout in 2020 as Assistant Professor of the Master of Science Training and Human Resource Development. I graduated from UW-Stout with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Science in Training and Development; therefore, I am proud to be teaching and Program Director for the program from which I graduated. The article that I am proposing is about my work with a research team at Stout to investigate online course design to deliver career-ready graduates of polytechnic institutions.
