Following the match, Abu Dhabi Knight Riders presented Narine with a special edition jersey featuring the number 600 to commemorate this historic achievement, recognizing a moment that will be remembered as one of the defining milestones in T20 cricket history.

Narine reached the landmark by claiming the wicket of Tom Abell. This achievement is a testament to Narine's status as the greatest T20 bowler to take the pitch.

"I was trying to get my 600th wicket in the CPL; I forgot about it here. It's only after the game someone reminded me. It's good to reach there," the West Indies star said.

"I genuinely practice a lot, but I think it's all about sticking to what you practice. The harder you work in practice, it makes it a little easier in a game. So it's just concentrating on what you do in practice and trying to execute as best as possible."

Over the years, he has represented the likes of Kolkata Knight Riders, as well as the Abu Dhabi Knight Riders, Trinbago Knight Riders and Los Angeles Knight Riders.

The Knight Riders family stands immensely proud of Narine's extraordinary achievement, recognizing that this record may well stand the test of time as one of cricket's most enduring milestones.
