Dubai, UAE, 04 December 2025 – As the UAE embraces the festive spirit, Café Bateel invites guests to savour the season with its new Festive menu, a collection of refined dishes, cakes, and beverages designed to bring warmth, flavour and connection to the holiday season. Available across all UAE locations, the menu showcases Café Bateel’s signature blend of flavours, subtle refinement and modern Arabian hospitality.
Curated by Chef Nicholas Cuadrado, the Festive Menu features twelve new creations inspired by winter ingredients and the joy of gathering. From delicate pâtisseries to aromatic seasonal beverages, each item reflects Café Bateel’s welcoming approach to modern Arabian hospitality. From gatherings over a long winter breakfast or a relaxed afternoon coffee, the Festive Menu offers something for every moment.
Guests can savour a selection of Festive Cakes, including the Chestnut & Blackcurrant Bûchette, featuring velvety chestnut mousse and almond sponge with blackcurrant compôte, and the Pistachio & Caramel Bûchette, layered with pistachio frangipane crumble and soft salted caramel. The Vanilla & Apricot Dome, topped with Madagascan vanilla mousse, and the Mandarin & Hazelnut Gâteaux, combining hazelnut sponge, mandarin marmalade, and mandarin crémeux, offer lighter indulgences.
For festive gatherings, large cakes such as the Chocolate Yuzu Bûche with hazelnut biscuit, whipped yuzu and Gianduja Bavarian cream, and the Vanilla & Apricot Bûche made with almond sponge and Madagascan vanilla mousse, make the perfect centrepiece for seasonal celebrations. From Bateel’s Gourmet Bakery, guest can enjoy the Festive Stollen with marzipan, candied fruits and Bateel’s organic Khidri dates, as well as the Festive Brioche, filled with cinnamon spread and chocolate chips, adding a modern touch on traditional techniques.
The savoury selection also embraces winter flavours. The Turkey Protein Bowl pairs butter-roasted turkey breast, Brussels sprouts, organic date slaw, and cranberry-hazelnut quinoa, while the Festive Turkey Sandwich combines French Brie, apple, and cranberry sauce on an ancient grain bun, ideal for a seasonal lunch.
To complement the menu, guests can enjoy two new seasonal beverages including the Golden Date Latte, blending golden spices with fresh milk and Bateel’s signature date syrup, and the Spiced Dark Chocolate, a rich creation infused with chai spices and cinnamon.
“At Café Bateel, we believe the festive season is a time to bring people together over flavours that feel thoughtful and comforting,” said Nurtac Afridi, CEO of Bateel International. “Our Festive Menu celebrates the joy of winter in Dubai, inviting guests to slow down, savour the moment and celebrate the season with creations that elevate the season’s most cherished gatherings.”
