KUWAIT, Dec 4 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent a cable of condolences to President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, President of the friendly Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
