HONGQI, the number one premium automobile brand in China, continues to strengthen its position in the global and Russian markets
(MENAFN- Abtodom) Sales in Russia doubled compared to 2024 from 772 to 1534 vehicles in September 2025. The HONGQI HS3 urban crossover, the HS5 New midsize crossover and the HONGQI H5 business-class sedan topped the top three most popular models.
Total HONGQI global sales reached 44501 vehicles in September of this year. This is 5.3% more than the same month last year. Total sales reached 340000 vehicles for the period January–September 2025, an increase of 8.8% year-on-year. Growth is particularly noticeable in the new energy segment. The share of electric and hybrid vehicles sold increased by 15.4% in the first nine months compared to the same period in 2024.
