AVTODOM won the federal SERVICE-STRANA Customer Service Leadership Award
(MENAFN- Abtodom) The awards ceremony of the first federal SERVICE-STRANA Award took place at the Cosmos Selection Hotel Moscow Arbat in Moscow on November 12, 2025. It was part of the World Quality Day Forum.
The SERVICE-STRANA Customer Service Leadership Award is a national event that sets a modern standard of customer service and corporate culture. The jury's experts, the award's founder, curator and Head of Roskachestvo, Maxim Aleksandrovich Protasov evaluated the participants in five categories. Winning in each category earns a prestigious mark of trust from Roskachestvo and a place on the Russian Service Leaders Map.
155 companies from various industries qualified of the award finals. AVTODOM Group was shortlisted in the Retail category. Sixteen nominees participated. AVTODOM scored 97 points out of 100 based on the expert evaluation. It received a First-Degree Leadership Diploma in the Online Customer Contact Points category.
EXEED Center AVTODOM Stachek received a separate First-Degree Leadership Diploma for its high level of customer service and dedication to its employees. It scored 98 points.
