Ukrainian Drone Operators Conduct Training For Polish Troops
“Recently, 60 Polish service members took part in drone-operation training using UAVs that are employed in Ukraine and produced in Poland for the Ukrainian army. The training went very well, and I believe it could mark the beginning of a broader process of training Polish troops based on Ukrainian experience, as the instructors were from Ukraine,” Onyszkiewicz said.
He expressed hope that this process will expand and eventually become standard not only in Poland, since the ability to operate combat drones in European armies is an“absolute necessity.”
As reported earlier, a new device called the“drone wall”, developed by the French startup Atreyd to intercept, among other targets, Russian Shahed-type attack drones, is expected to be deployed in Ukraine soon.
