Titan Intech Limited Signs Mou With APEDB To Set Up INR 250 Crore Integrated Display Electronics Manufacturing Facility
(MENAFN- ForPressRelease)
November 19, 2025: Titan Intech Limited, a leading innovator in Embedded Manufacturing Services (EMS) for OEM/ODM solutions and advanced embedded systems, announced a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board (APEDB) to establish an Integrated Display Electronics Manufacturing Facility in the Amaravati Capital Region. The initiative marks an important step in strengthening India's domestic electronics manufacturing capabilities, particularly in next generation display technologies.
Under the proposed plan, Titan Intech will invest approximately INR 250 crore in the project, which will be developed in phases. The facility will be set up on a 20-acre industrial parcel identified for electronics manufacturing clusters. Once operational, it is expected to create around 200 direct and 300 indirect jobs, contributing to the region's skilled workforce and local economic development.
The project will focus on end-to-end capabilities in high-value display and controller technologies. Titan Intech has also partnered with a leading South Korean OEM to support technology transfer, process optimisation, and global benchmarking of manufacturing standards.
Speaking about the MoU, Mr. Rudraraju Kumar Raju, Managing Director, Titan Intech Limited, said: "This MoU marks a transformational step in our evolution. The Amaravati facility will position Titan Intech at the forefront of high-value display electronics manufacturing. With cutting-edge technology, strong government collaboration, and global partnerships, we are building a platform that supports India's innovation, self-reliance, and export potential."
The upcoming facility is expected to anchor a wide range of advanced technology capabilities, including:
* Display controllers for LCD, LED and mini/micro-LED technologies
* 2D/3D rendering, video processing and low-latency engines
* Data distribution and intelligent driver electronics
* LCD, LED and mini/micro-LED backlight modules
* A captive EMS unit for assembly, testing and calibration
The Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board will extend facilitation support through land allotment, incentives, clearances, and ecosystem linkages. Aligned with the Government of India's Atmanirbhar Bharat vision, the project aims to expand domestic capacity in strategic electronics, reduce import dependence, and strengthen India's role in global display and visual systems supply chains. The company expects the Amaravati facility to become a catalyst for attracting ancillary units, R&D investments, and skilled talent in the years ahead.
