DanCenter Expands 2024 Investment Program to Germany, Announces €50 Million Commitment Across Germany & Denmark

DanCenter, one of Europe's largest and longest-operating vacation home management companies and part of the PRISM Group, has expanded its previously announced 2024 Denmark investment program to now include Germany, bringing the total commitment to €50 million across the two markets.

This expanded investment will fund network growth, property upgrades, enhanced homeowner services, and technology improvements aimed at strengthening guest experience and increasing homeowner earnings.

The €50 million program supports DanCenter's continued expansion into Company-Serviced Hotels and Resorts, including a new 72-room property in Bavaria, currently in the final stages of preparation and set to open within the next two months. DanCenter is also doubling its marketing investments to improve visibility and occupancy across high-demand leisure destinations.

Germany has emerged as one of DanCenter's most resilient and fastest-growing markets. Despite pockets of industry-wide softness across the German vacation rental sector. DanCenter has outperformed market trends driving 9% homeowner revenue increase y-o-y in Germany driven by stronger demand and improved distribution efficiency across board.

DanCenter Germany's GBV increased 4% in 2025 compared to 2024. For 2026, DanCenter expects €80–89 million in revenue, supported by a clear path to breakeven and modest profitability.

Guest experience indicators have also improved. Airbnb ratings in Germany increased from 4.23 to 4.39, while Trustpilot scores remain consistently above 4.

To support the accelerated investment and homeowner demand, DanCenter is expanding and strengthening its Germany-based homeowner services and operations teams, ensuring faster support response times, improved communication & higher service quality across all destinations.
