Dr. Sarah-Kay Coulter (Ngāti Porou, Waikato-Tainui) is a lecturer in Indigenous Studies at the University of Melbourne, where she explores the impact of law and policy on Indigenous peoples and champions the rights of Indigenous children. She completed her PhD at the University of Auckland in 2025 and has been recognised with numerous prestigious awards, including as a Prime Minister's Scholar and a Blues recipient for Service and Leadership.
