Hamas Gives Bodies of Three Israeli Captives to Red Cross
(MENAFN) The Palestinian organization Hamas delivered the remains of three Israeli hostages to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on Sunday evening, as part of a ceasefire arrangement, according to confirmation from the Israeli military.
In a statement issued by the army, it was noted that the coffins had been handed to the Red Cross and were being transported to Israeli forces located within the Gaza Strip.
Earlier, Hamas announced that it would surrender the bodies of three prisoners it had discovered beneath the debris.
