Trump Not Considering Sending Tomahawk Missiles To Ukraine
“No, not really... at this moment, I'm not,” Trump said in response to a question whether his administration was considering providing Ukraine with Tomahawks.
He added that this position might change in the future, but for now, his answer remains“no.”
The U.S. President was also asked what could become the“final straw” in Russian ruler Vladimir Putin's refusal to end the war in Ukraine - after which Washington might apply stronger pressure on Moscow.
“There is no final straw. Sometimes you have to let it fight out, and they are fighting it out. And it's been a tough war for Putin, he's lost a lot of soldiers, maybe a million. And it's been tough for Ukraine. It's been tough on both,” Trump said.
Commenting on the EU's plans to use frozen Russian assets to support Ukraine, Trump said that this was a matter for the Europeans.
“I'm not doing that. What happens is, I guess, Europe and Russia are having discussions. I'm not involved in those discussions,” the U.S. President noted.

However, the final decision on the matter rests with the President.
