Doha, Qatar: President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, HE Felix Tshisekedi, arrived today in Doha to participate in the Second World Summit for Social Development, hosted by the State of Qatar from November 4 to 6.
He was welcomed upon arrival at Hamad International Airport by the Director of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, HE Ibrahim bin Yousif Fakhro, and HE Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of Congo to Qatar, Valerie Lusamba Kabeya.
