It is noted that law enforcement agencies are currently checking whether the orders of the Commander-in-Chief and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were followed regarding the timely warning of missile danger, the prohibition (or restriction) of assembling personnel and holding meetings in open areas, and the placement of troops in locations not designated for that purpose.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, on November 1 Russian forces struck the village of Novotroitske in the Samar district of Dnipropetrovsk region with a ballistic missile and a Geran/Gerbera type drone. Among the dead and wounded were two children.

The invaders also attacked the city of Nikopol, as well as the Pokrovske, Marhanets, and Chervonohryhorivka communities of the Dnipropetrovsk region using FPV drones and artillery fire.
