Kuwait PM Receives Chinese Deputy Pres.

KUWAIT, Nov 2 (KUNA) - His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah received on Sunday Chinese Deputy President Han Zheng on the occasion of his official visit to the country.
The deep-rooted historical relations between the State of Kuwait and the friendly People's Republic of China were touched on.
The meeting was attended by the Head of the Prime Minister's Office, Abdulaziz Al-Dakheel, the Minister of Public Works and Head of the accompanying delegation of honor, Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan, the Minister of State for Municipal Affairs and Minister of State for Housing Affairs, Abdullatif Al-Mashari, the Director General of the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority, Sheikh Dr. Meshaal Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, the Assistant Foreign Minister for Asian Affairs, Ambassador Sameeh Jawhar Hayat, and the Ambassador of Kuwait to China, Jassim Al-Najem.
