(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) GAZA, Oct 28 (KUNA) -- The health authorities in the Gaza Strip announced Tuesday that four Palestinians were brought to local hospitals during the past 24 hours.
In its daily report, authorities stated that among the martyrs was one Palestinian who was shot dead by Israeli occupation forces east of Khan Younis, while medical teams recovered the bodies of two others from under the rubble.
Another Palestinian succumbed to wounds sustained earlier, while seven others were injured with varying degrees of severity.
The report added that the death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 68,531 martyrs, in addition to 170,420 injuries recorded since October 7, 2023.
It further noted that since the ceasefire came into effect on October 11, 2025, a total of 94 martyrs and 344 injuries have been documented, while 474 bodies have been recovered from different areas.
The authorities also indicated that 75 bodies have been identified out of 195 recently handed over by the Israeli occupation authorities, while identification procedures for the remaining bodies are still ongoing. (end)
