Participants analyzed the effectiveness of long-range strikes by the Defense Forces over a specific period. "Russian oil refining is already paying a tangible price for the war-and will pay even more," Zelensky noted.

He said that work was currently underway with weapons manufacturers on long-term contracts. A three-year term allows producers to better plan resource use and scale up supplies for the armed forces.

According to him, the number of such contracts will increase.

The meeting also included reports on Russian attacks targeting infrastructure and energy facilities. New defense needs were identified, as well as tasks for cooperation with partners on specific directions in supplying air defense systems.

"Our partners have the necessary systems, and it is important for Ukrainian diplomacy to be more active in preparing relevant decisions," Zelensky said.

As Ukrinform reported, on the night of October 22-23, Ukraine's Defense Forces struck the Ryazan oil refinery and an ammunition depot on Russian territory.
