Russians Shell Kostiantynivka With Artillery, One Person Injured
(MENAFN- UkrinForm) The head of the city's military administration, Sergiy Horbunov, reported this on Faceboo, according to Ukrinform.
Horbunov stated that the enemy fire damaged a pumping station building and an apartment block.
As a result of one strike, a civilian was injured. At the time of the strike, he was at home and later went to the hospital on his own.
