He is currently focused on enhancing job satisfaction and mitigating burnout among health care providers. Additionally, he has had several papers published in academic journals, including "Job Satisfaction of CRNAs for 1099 and W-2 Employment," which was published in the Franciscan University's Nurse Anesthesiology Journal in 2025. Dr. Todd says he owes his professional success to his family's blue-collar work ethic. His upbringing taught him the importance of humility, resilience and giving back to his community.
