(MENAFN- Newsroom Panama) The National Energy Secretariat announced a reduction in the maximum consumer sales prices for liquid fuels, which will be effective from this Friday October 17 to Thursday October 30 2025. The new prices are: 95 octane gasoline drops from 91.4 to 88.5 cents per liter; 91-octane gasoline drops from 86.4 to 84.8 cents per liter; and low-sulfur diesel drops from 84.0 to 81.6 cents per liter. These adjustments are made every 14 days, based on international quotes for finished products on the U.S. Gulf Coast. In a statement, the National Energy Secretariat noted that prices are calculated using Panama's main supplier market as a reference, with the goal of transparently reflecting variations in the international market.
