(MENAFN- Baystreet) 08:27 PM EST - Cameo Resources Inc. : Announced that it has entered into an arms-length Securities Exchange Agreement dated September 29, 2025 with 1315418 B.C. Ltd., a British Columbia Incorporated company to acquire a 100% right, title, and interest in the Kempton Gold Project, located in the Geita region of Tanzania. Under the terms of the Securities Exchange Agreement , the Company will acquire 100 % right and interest in the Properties by acquiring all the shares in PrivCo which holds the option to acquire the Properties by the issuance of 7,000,000 common shares as per the Securities Exchange Agreement. It is not anticipated that any new control persons will be created post-closing of this Acquisition. shares C are trading up 4 cents at $0.19.
