My research has centered around intellectual and developmental disabilities (with a special interest on Tourette's syndrome), social care, social identity and stigmatisation.
I have worked extensively on projects covering sensitive topics such as loneliness, loosing social care, financial struggles, stigma and exclusion. I have mostly focused on "hard to reach" populations and people that have experienced systematic exclusion.
