Andre Shammas, a respected accountant and tax preparer based in El Cajon, has been featured in a new in-depth interview about his career, values, and work with small businesses. Reflecting on his own immigrant journey from Malaga, Spain to California in the 1990s, Shammas said:“Even simple paperwork felt overwhelming when my family first arrived. That's why I try to make things clear for my clients. I know how it feels to be lost in forms and rules that don't make sense at first.”

Shammas encourages individuals and business owners to take practical steps:
