Missile Strike On Balakliia Leaves One Dead, Number Of Wounded Rises To 15


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, on Facebook .

According to him, an 88-year-old woman was killed in the strike on Balakliia, and 15 people were injured, including a 4-year-old girl who suffered an acute stress reaction.

Six settlements in the Kharkiv regio were under Russian attack yesterday.

The Russian army attacked the Kharkiv region with one Iskander-M missile, one guided aerial bomb, one Molniia-type UAV, and an FPV drone.

In the Kupiansk district, two farm buildings were damaged in the village of Blahodativka, a private house was damaged in the village of Velyka Shapkivka, an apartment building was damaged in the village of Novoosynove, and two private houses were damaged in Kupiansk.

In the Izium district, five apartment buildings, a non-residential building, 11 cars, a cafe, an administrative building, five shops, two pharmacies, a beauty salon, a dental clinic, a bakery, a post office, a kiosk in Balakliia, a house, and farm buildings in the village of Pisky-Radkivski were damaged.

The transit evacuation point in Lozova received 166 people in 24 hours. Forty-three people remained. A total of 5,263 people have been registered at the point since it began operating.

As reported by Ukrinform, Russian invaders launched a missile strike on Balakliia on the evening of October 1. Ten people were reported injured and one killed.
