Russian Strike Hits Ukrainian Ground Forces Training Site
On September 24, the enemy launched a combined attack on a training facility, using various weapons, including two Iskander ballistic missiles.
“As a result of a direct hit on a shelter, and despite implemented safety measures, unfortunately, losses among personnel could not be fully avoided. Emergency services are working at the scene, and the wounded are receiving all necessary medical assistance,” the statement reads.

Additional safety measures are also being implemented to safeguard personnel during missile and air attacks, the Ground Forces emphasized.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Oleksandr Syrskyi, stressed the urgent need to construct underground shelters at training centers as quickly as possible.
