I am an Assistant Professor specializing in physiotherapy, cognitive neuroscience, and neurophysiology. My research focuses on pain, body awareness, and experience-dependent plasticity. I am particularly interested in exploring the neurobiological mechanisms that connect extensive sensorimotor and cognitive training-such as musical and singing training-with the development, maintenance, and modulation of chronic pain, as well as interoception.
