Doha, Qatar: Chairman of the Presidential Council of the State of Libya HE Mohamed Al Menfi arrived in Doha on Sunday to take part in the Emergency Arab-Islamic Summit, scheduled to be held on Monday.
HE the President and the accompanying delegation were welcomed upon arrival at Hamad International Airport by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs HE Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan Al-Thani and Ambassador of the State of Libya to Qatar HE Mohammed Mustafa Al Lafi.
