Erdogan hosts Greek Orthodox patriarch of Jerusalem
(MENAFN) Reports state that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan hosted Theophilos Giannopoulos, the Greek Orthodox patriarch of Jerusalem, along with his delegation on Saturday.
The meeting took place at the Presidential Dolmabahce Office, where Erdogan was joined by Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Communications Director Burhanettin Duran, and Chief Advisor Akif Cagatay Kilic.
At the conclusion of the discussions, Erdogan and Patriarch Giannopoulos exchanged gifts. Officials did not disclose further details regarding the content of the talks.
