The summit will review a draft statement on the Israeli attack on the State of Qatar, submitted by the preparatory meeting of Arab and Islamic foreign ministers held today.

The convening of the Arab-Islamic Summit at this time has its significance, as it reflects the broad Arab and Islamic solidarity with the State of Qatar in confronting the cowardly Israeli aggression that targeted the residential headquarters of several Hamas leaders, and these countries' categorical rejection of the state terrorism practiced by Israel.

Ministers, state officials arrive in Doha for Emergency Arab-Islamic summit

HE Dr. Abbas Araghchi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, HE Mohammad Touhid Hossain, Adviser for Foreign Affairs of the Interim Government of Bangladesh, and HE Dato Erywan Pehin Yusof, Second Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Brunei Darussalam, arrived in Doha today, September 14, 2025.

HE Alibek Bakayev, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and HE Khalifa bin Shaheen Al Marar, Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the sisterly United Arab Emirates also arrived to participate in the preparatory meeting of foreign ministers for the emergency Arab-Islamic summit, scheduled to be held in Doha tomorrow, Monday.
Vice-President of the Republic of The Gambia, HE Muhammad Jallow, arrived in Doha on Saturday evening to participate in the Emergency Arab-Islamic Summit.

The Ministers and the accompanying delegation were received upon arrival at Hamad International Airport by His Excellency Ibrahim bin Yousef Fakhro, Director of the Protocol Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
