Govt Asked To Act On JKPSC Reserve List Representation

Srinagar- The office of the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir has forwarded a representation received from candidates, including Ms. Oshin Bhat, regarding the non-implementation of the reserve list rule in the JKPSC Combined Competitive Examination.
According to an official communication issued from Raj Bhavan, Jammu, the representation submitted by the petitioners has been sent to the General Administration Department (GAD) for“appropriate action under norms.”
The representation pertains to the implementation of S.O 61, which mandates the use of a reserve list in the Combined Competitive Examination conducted by the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC).
The letter, signed by the Deputy Secretary in the LG's Secretariat, notes that the matter requires consideration at the government level, and the concerned department has been directed to examine the representation accordingly.
