Lee Wallace is the author of Reattachment Theory: Gay Marriage as Remarriage (Duke UP, 2020), which revisits Stanley Cavell's classic account of the Hollywood comedy of remarriage in the context of a contemporary gay marriage debates. More recently, she has co-edited with Scott Herring a collection of essays, Long Term: Queer Essays on Commitment (Duke UP, 2021). She is currently the director of the Sydney Social Sciences and Humanities Advanced Research Centre (SSSHARC) at the University of Sydney.
