KUWAIT, Sept 9 (KUNA) - An Amiri decree issued on Tuesday promoted Major General Khaled Daraj Saad Al-Shuriaan to Lieutenant General and appointed him as Chief of General Staff of the Kuwaiti Army.
Article 2, the Minister of Defence has to implement the decree, and it shall be effective from the date of its issuance. (end)
