The historic signing took place in the distinguished presence of Robert Masih Nahar, two-time Member of the Senate of Spain, who has been a strong proponent of Indo-Spanish cooperation through culture and heritage.
“This collaboration marks a new era of synergy between Indian and Spanish art, cinema, and cultural narratives,” stated Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of ICMEI.“The Indo-Spain Film and Cultural Forum will now act with renewed energy and a larger vision to promote cross-cultural projects, film festivals, artist exchanges, and academic collaborations.”

This strategic alliance is expected to open new opportunities for filmmakers, cultural ambassadors, and institutions from both nations to collaborate, co-create, and celebrate the spirit of global harmony through the arts.
